Draft Policy Respecting Public Disclosure of Incidents

The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) has developed a draft Policy Respecting Public Disclosure of Incidents and is seeking comments.
This policy has been developed to enhance the Board’s transparency and accountability by providing clarity to the public on the basis for disclosure of information related to incidents reported to the
C-NLOPB.
