Consultations on draft Joint Cost Recovery Guidelines

The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) and the Canada-Nova Scotia Offshore Petroleum Board (CNSOPB) have developed draft Joint Cost Recovery Guidelines. These guidelines were developed as a result of the Energy Security and Safety Act (ESSA), equivalent provincial legislation in Newfoundland and Labrador and Nova Scotia, and associated regulations.
The two Boards are currently seeking comments on the draft Joint Cost Recovery Guidelines. Comments may be submitted to the address below or emailed to consultation@cnsopb.ns.ca until January 28, 2016. Upon receipt, all submissions will be shared between the two Boards.
