Public Consultation
Regulatory Substitutions and Exemptions
The public is invited to provide submissions in relation to an application to the Board’s Chief Safety Officer (CSO) made pursuant to Part III.1 – Occupational Health and Safety of the Atlantic Accord Acts to substitute or exempt the use of equipment, methods, measures, standards or other things in lieu of any required by occupational health and safety regulations.
