Near Miss Incident
April 2, 2013
HMDC has reported a high potential near miss on the Hibernia GBS due to a dropped object. On March 28, a metal rod fell from a height of approximately 50 feet and landed approximately 15 feet from a worker who was in the area at the time. No injuries were reported. HMDC is investigating the incident.
