On March 31, Cougar flight 873 en route to the West Aquarius made a precautionary return to base due to a problem with the radar. There were 4 passengers and 2 pilots on board and the flight was 268 nautical miles from St. John’s. Although not a safety of flight issue, the flight crew returned to base to have the problem inspected.
