On Friday, December 12, 2014 Hibernia Management and Development Company (HMDC) reported that a gas leak was detected in the HP Flare Line. Approximately 7 kg of gas was released. Fixed gas detection picked up the gas leak. HMDC executed a controlled shutdown of the platform to conduct repairs.
