Scheduled Flight Turnaround

January 28, 2013

The C-NLOPB was informed that on January 26, Cougar Flight 821 en route from St. John’s to the Terra Nova FPSO returned to base as a precaution after the pilots received an indicator light pertaining to the auto pilot system. The flight arrived at the base at approximately 11:30 a.m. There were eight passengers and two crew on board. No safety of flight issue was present at any time. Troubleshooting has been completed and the aircraft is serviceable.
