High Potential Near Miss
March 10, 2014
Hibernia Management and Development Company (HMDC) has reported a high potential near miss on the Hibernia Platform. While running casing a casing thread protector fell from a height of approximately 30 feet to the deck below, a worker was in the area at the time approximately 10 feet away.
