Scheduled Flight Turnaround

October 9, 2012

Suncor Energy notified the C-NLOPB on October 7, 2012 that a helicopter flight en route to the Seven Eagle diving vessel returned to St. John’s due to an interruption in SAR service.

SAR service was restored within 60 minutes and the flight resumed.

This was not considered to be a flight safety issue.
