The 2006 Land Sale process of the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board has been completed. The final phase of the process, Call for Bids NL 06-2 containing three parcels in the Sydney Basin, closed at 4:00 p.m. Thursday, November 30. No bids were received in this Call.

Two other Calls for Bids in the 2006 Land Sale, NL06-1 in the Jeanne d’Arc Basin and NL06-3 in the Western Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Region, closed November 15 with six successful bids of work commitments totaling $32,356,008.
