In accordance with the Atlantic Accord legislation, the Development Plan Guidelines and Benefits Plan Guidelines, the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (the Board) will accept comments from the public with respect to the South White Rose Extension Tie-Back Project .

This opportunity for comment is limited to the merits of the application and does not involve an assessment of fiscal issues such as royalties, corporate tax or other matters which are beyond the mandate of the Board.

The Board will consider all public comments received and the results of its own internal assessment in arriving at a decision on the matter.

Comments from the public will be accepted by the Board until February 16, 2007, and will be available on the C-NLOPB web site. Interested persons may submit their comments to:
