The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) announced today that it has received a North Amethyst Development and a White Rose Development Plan Amendment (Applications) from Husky Oil Operations Limited.
In accordance with C-NLOPB procedures and guidelines respecting Development Plans and Benefits Plans, the C-NLOPB is inviting public comment on the Applications. This opportunity for comment is limited to the merits of the Applications and does not involve an assessment of fiscal issues or other matters which are beyond the mandate of the C-NLOPB. Both the North Amethyst Development Plan and the White Rose Development Plan Amendment are available on the Board’s web site at www.cnlopb.nl.ca or can be obtained by contacting the Board at the address below.
Comments from the public will be accepted until January 7, 2008. Comments received will also be posted on the C-NLOPB’s web site. Interested persons may submit their comments to:
