The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board
(C-NLOPB) received the Hebron Development Application Review Report today from Commissioner Miller Ayre and is releasing it to the public immediately.

“On behalf of the Board, I want to thank Commissioner Ayre and commission staff for their work,” said Max Ruelokke, Chair and CEO of the C-NLOPB.

“I would also like to extend our thanks and appreciation to those who contributed to the consultation process.”

The Commissioner’s Report will be reviewed by the Board and will be considered in the preparation of the staff analysis and the Board’s decision on the Development Application. Once the Board has completed its work, Governments will have 30 days to approve or reject the Board’s decision. If the application is approved, the C-NLOPB will post the Decision Report on its website.
