The C-NLOPB is making adjustments to its public consultation process for the Western Newfoundland and Labrador Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) update. The adjustments are being made in response to a request from some stakeholders.

The C-NLOPB will add a bilingual Power Point presentation that provides better context for the sessions.

Last week, the C-NLOPB added Gaspé, Quebec to the list of communities where public consultations will be held. Arrangements for the consultation session are being made and will be announced when finalized.

The C-NLOPB values public opinion and is committed to engaging stakeholders in a consultation process that provides useful information necessary to update the SEA report.
