The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board
(C-NLOPB) reviewed a request made by Corridor Resources Inc. to issue a prohibition order relating to their Exploration Licence 1105 and has decided to dismiss the application. A full written decision is contained in the attached correspondence from the C-NLOPB to Corridor Resources Inc.

The Board has also decided that the Western Newfoundland Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Update should be completed before proceeding with public consultations associated with the Environmental Assessment for a drilling program on Exploration Licence 1105. The SEA Update will be completed in early 2013. The C-NLOPB has terminated the work of the Independent Reviewer.

Details regarding the SEA public consultations will be announced at a later date.
