RE: Closing of Call for Bids NL15-01EN

The Call for Bids NL15-01EN will close on November 12, 2015 at 12:00 p.m. (noon) Newfoundland Time. Please note November 11, 2015 is a statutory holiday in Newfoundland and Labrador and the C-NLOPB offices will be closed.

If a company plans to submit a bid, a package containing documents with original signatures and the requisite fees must be submitted to the Board prior to that time. The package must be consistent with the requirements of this Call for Bids NL15-01EN.

Any non-compliance with the Call for Bids requirements will result in disqualification of the bid. Please perform the necessary diligence to ensure your package is complete and accurate and filed prior to the close of this call.
