SEIS Consultancy Services

The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board
(C-NLOPB) is seeking Expressions of Interest from qualified individuals or companies for socio-economic impact statements (SEIS) consultancy services.

Services are required on an “as needed” basis to provide advice to the C-NLOPB concerning the adequacy of SEIS documents filed in support of offshore petroleum developments, and to provide advice concerning the development of guidance to industry for the preparation of SEIS submissions.

Interested individuals or companies must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services including:

  • a company profile; and
  • a description of experience on similar assignments;

On the basis of applications received, a short-list of firms will be invited to submit a detailed response to a Request for Proposals. Expressions of Interest must be submitted via e-mail to information@cnlopb.nl.ca and must be received by 4:00 pm Friday, December 21, 2012.

First consideration will be given to consultants providing services from within the Province who have proven experience in the oil and gas industry. The C-NLOPB reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and is not bound to enter into a contract with any respondent.
