November 22, 2023 Update – An error was identified in the quantity of line 4.10 of Solution 1, and also for line 3.7 of Solution 2. These changes have been updated on the “Appendix E – Solution 1” and “Appendix F – Solution 2” Excel documents.
December 4, 2023 Update – The deadline for submissions has been extended to Friday, December 8th at 2:00 p.m. Newfoundland Time.
