The Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Petroleum Board (C-NLOPB) is seeking Proposals for the services, on a contractual basis, of a qualified consultant or consulting firm to assess, update and recommend improvements to our current records classification, and update as required internal records management practices within the organization.
