Southern Newfoundland SEA
The Southern Newfoundland Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Report provides information on the existing environment within the SEA Study Area and identifies and highlights key environmental features and considerations which may be associated with future oil and gas activities in the Southern Newfoundland SEA Area. The 2010 SEA updates and replaces two previously conducted SEAs for the Southern Newfoundland Area (Laurentian Subbasin in 2003 and Sydney Basin Offshore Area in 2007 ). A five year review of the Southern Newfoundland SEA Report was undertaken in May 2015.
