The C-NLOPB and Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) have a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to support and promote the effective coordination and planning of activities of mutual interest of the
C-NLOPB and DFO with respect to each organization’s regulatory oversight in the Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador Offshore Area. As part of the implementation of the MOU, the two parties develop an annual Work Plan which identifies collaborative projects and activities. An annual Activity Report is also produced to provide an overview of collaborative work conducted each year.
